Where does it hurt?
Lower back pain
The most common reason people come in. We identify whether a joint, disc or muscle is involved, then rehabilitate it to restore function.
Book a visit for thisDiagnosis comes first
At the core of our practice is a commitment to in-depth diagnosis that goes beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover what's actually driving the problem.
A meticulous assessment
Advanced assessment techniques, functional testing and evidence-based methods pinpoint biomechanical imbalances, neurological issues and contributing systemic challenges.
A plan built around you
Tailored treatment that eases the immediate discomfort and also promotes lasting healing and prevention.
Coordinated care
We work closely with physicians, physical therapists, orthopedists and neurologists to coordinate seamless, integrated care.
What we treat
Every plan starts with a proper exam and a plain explanation of what's going on.
Back and neck pain
Chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue therapy and corrective exercise to restore movement and function.
Sciatica
Care to relieve nerve irritation, followed by rehabilitation of the lower back and hips.
Shoulder and rotator cuff
Rehabilitation for rotator cuff injuries, impingement and frozen shoulder to restore mobility, strength and function.
Tech neck and posture
Postural rehabilitation for the strain of long days on a phone or laptop, with ergonomic guidance.

Long-standing pain assessed for its underlying drivers, with an active plan for functional restoration.
Advanced treatments
Two in-clinic technologies we use alongside hands-on care and rehabilitation.

How shockwave worksDr. Ali Nasser, DC
Dr. Nasser earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds the national board certification in physiotherapy. He's also certified in acupuncture.
He has directed physical therapy and multidisciplinary clinics that rehabilitate complex sports injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries, including cases with a concurrent traumatic brain injury.
In Vancouver he pioneered a joint MD/DC practice and founded the DERA Clinic, which served patients who couldn't otherwise afford care.

Your first visit is a paid appointment. It is separate from the free consultation, which is a no-obligation conversation.
Comprehensive clinical evaluation
Medical history review, orthopedic and neurological testing, and biomechanical analysis to understand not just where it hurts, but why it hurts.
Personalized report of findings
We sit down with you to explain what is causing your pain, our recommended recovery plan, and how long we expect your recovery to take.
Same-day treatment
When it is possible and safe to do so, we begin your first phase of therapy during this visit: gentle spinal adjustments, manual soft-tissue therapy, or initial corrective exercises.
